Story
Burgundy pebbled leather, smooth leather trim, and the double-C clasp in polished gold. Cartier, early 1980s.
The grain has softened with age in a way new leather can't imitate. Beyond the clasp, nothing announces the maker. It doesn't need to.

Found at a New York estate sale.

Cartier, early 1980s. Burgundy pebbled leather with smooth leather trim and gold-plated hardware, closing with a magnetic snap set with the double-C Cartier emblem.
Condition
Good vintage condition. Leather shows light surface wear consistent with age. Gold clasp hardware bright and functional. Interior clean. Structure holds well.
