Welcome to Atlas & Arden. By visiting atlasandarden.com or purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms.
About Our Objects
Atlas & Arden offers vintage, antique and one-of-a-kind objects, art and accessories sourced individually. Age, prior use and signs of wear are part of the character of these pieces.
We make every effort to describe each object accurately and photograph it clearly. Condition notes disclose known flaws and material signs of age or use. Please review photographs and descriptions carefully before purchasing, and contact us if you would like additional photographs or information.
Dates, makers, materials, origins and attributions are stated in good faith based on available information, markings, research and our assessment of the object. Where an attribution or identification is uncertain, we use language such as “attributed to,” “likely,” “possibly” or similar qualifying terms. Unless specifically stated, objects have not been independently authenticated or laboratory tested.
Purchases and Availability
Most pieces offered by Atlas & Arden are unique and available in a quantity of one. Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it. A purchase is complete only after payment has been successfully processed and the order has been confirmed.
We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order in the event of a pricing error, inventory error, suspected fraud or other exceptional circumstance. If payment has already been collected, it will be refunded.
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
Returns and Refunds
Because each object is unique, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If an item arrives damaged in transit or is materially different from its description, please contact us within five days of delivery at matt@atlasandarden.com with photographs and details of the issue. We will work with you to make it right.

Shipping
We currently ship within the United States. Orders are generally packed and dispatched within three business days, although larger, heavier or especially fragile objects may require additional preparation time.
Shipments are packed appropriately for the object and insured for their full value. Tracking information is provided when an order ships.

Intellectual Property
The Atlas & Arden name, branding, photographs, written descriptions, Field Notes, graphics and other original content on this site are owned by or licensed to Atlas & Arden and may not be reproduced, republished or used commercially without permission.
Use of the Website
You may not use this website for unlawful purposes, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access to the site or its systems, or use our content or services in a manner that infringes the rights of Atlas & Arden or others.
Third-Party Services
Our store is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party services for payment processing, shipping, analytics, marketing and other functions. Those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Limitation of Liability
