One brass leaf in the vine design is missing (the outline is still visible), which honestly just adds to the character. This box has been places. It's not trying to look new.

Chinese, mid-20th century. Brass with semi-precious stone inlay, worked in an ornate vine motif with red and green stones and raised on ball feet.

Good vintage condition with warm patina. Hinges work perfectly. All stones intact. One decorative brass leaf missing (outline visible). Interior shows signs of life.
