This brass box with its jeweled vine motif and ball feet is what desks looked like when offices had style. Red and green semi-precious stones catch the light, and that warm brass patina comes from decades of use. One brass leaf in the vine design is missing (the outline is still visible), which honestly just adds to the character. This box has been places. It's not trying to look new.
